The loan may be taken for the following purposes:
- To purchase Flat/Apartment for residential purpose.
- To purchase completed House (land plus building).
- To purchase Chamber/Office Space/ Commercial Space/ Godown/ Shop etc. in personal name.
- To construction/ extension/ renovation of residential flat & house (i.e. Tin shaded to Multi-storied Building).
To takeover of existing personal home loan from any other Bank / Financial Institution.
Maximum 75% of the flat value/ house value/ construction cost or Tk.2.00 crore whichever is lower depending on repayment capability of the borrower.
In case of Semi Pacca/ Tin Shaded Building, loan amount must not exceed 50% of land value.
Flexible repayment of maximum 25 years including 18 months Grace period.

Eligibility:
The applicant must be Non-residential Bangladeshi working abroad who has the means and capacity to deposit the equity & repay the loan installment.
The repayment against the loan shall be made out of inward remittances. Repayment of installment may be made out by local transfer/cash. In that case, the client will require to provide proof of remittance equivalent to EMI(s) deposited so far through our Bank. However, rental income from the house concerned may be used for repayment.
The property must be constructed as per approved plan of the competent authority.
The applicant must be a tax payee.
The applicant should have a fixed sources of income.
DBR: upto 60%.
Age: 21 years – 65 years. The client shall not be over 70 years old at maturity of the loan.
Required Documents:
Copy of National ID of Applicant & Guarantor.
3 Copies of recent lab printed passport size photograph of applicant and guarantor(s).
Copy of latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate/ Tax Return/ Tax Acknowledgement Receipt of the applicant.
Bank Statement.
Copy of valid passport with VISA page. Work permit/ Iqama/ Overseas ID Card/ employment certificate/ contract mentioning income/ Letter of Introduction/ Salary Certificate/ Pay Slip etc.
Evidence of Remittance- Bank Statement/ Remittance Withdrawal deposit slip/ Airport Declaration/ Self Declaration (if any) of the borrower. Any other document / certificate that may stand as a proof of income of the applicant.
Property related documents for legal & technical assessment of the property.
Security:
Registered mortgage & RIGPA.
Personal Guarantee.
Authorization for debiting client's deposit account for collection of EMI.
Required No's of fully prepared post dated & valid signed MICR cheques with Memorandum of Deposit of cheques.
