| Eligibility: |
|
|
Any Bangladeshi Practising Physician/Surgeon as self employed or salaried person. |
|
|
Registered doctor of BMA/BMDC. |
|
|
For salaried individual, must be confirmed employees of a relevant firm. For self employed individual, a business record of minimum 2 years. |
|
|
Monthly net income must be 3 times of loan installment. |
|
Age: Minimum 21 years & maximum 65 years at the time of maturity of the loan. |
|
|
| Required Documents: |
|
|
Copy of National ID of Applicant/ Guarantor(s). |
|
|
2 Copies of recent lab printed passport size photograph. |
|
|
Quotation of the item to be purchased. |
|
|
Bank Statement of at least 06 months. |
|
For salaried person, salary certificate & letter of introduction from competent authority. |
|
For self-employed person, trade license & other related papers. |
|
Self declaration of the applicant regarding income. |
|
Certificate of MBBS/BDS or higher degree, if require.
|
|
Bank may request for any other relevant documents, if necessary. |

Hypothecation over purchased assets. |
|
|
Personal Guarantee. |
|
|
Authorization for debiting client's deposit account. |
|
|
Required No's of fully prepared post dated & valid signed MICR cheques with Memorandum of Deposit of cheques. |
